什么是ATP認(rèn)證？
ATP即易腐食物國(guó)際運(yùn)輸及其特種運(yùn)輸設(shè)備協(xié)議認(rèn)證。此協(xié)議被稱為ATP協(xié)議（最初為法國(guó)易腐物品運(yùn)輸協(xié)議），1970-71由歐洲聯(lián)合經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸委員會(huì)替代。
ATP is an Agreement relating to International transportation of perishable goods and special vehicles to be used for this type of haulage. It is referred to as the ATP agreement (after its French initials Agreement Transport Perishable) and was drawn up by the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Committee for Europe in 1970-71.
ATP協(xié)議適用于所有關(guān)于易腐產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)輸，可用于第三方或則自我聲明。ATP協(xié)議適用于當(dāng)運(yùn)輸貨物裝載和卸載地點(diǎn)處于不同國(guó)家地區(qū)且貨物卸載地點(diǎn)處于ATP協(xié)議受控范圍，且此協(xié)議專門針對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸﹑公路運(yùn)輸或則兩種運(yùn)輸方式相結(jié)合的運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行管控。
ATP is the requirements apply to all transportation (of perishable goods), for a third party or one's own use, undertaken exclusively either by rail, road or a combination of the two, when the loading (and unloading) point is in two different States and when the unloading point for the goods is situated on the territory of a contracting party".
除非運(yùn)輸車輛已經(jīng)通過(guò)ATP認(rèn)證，在兩個(gè)不同國(guó)家之間（任何一個(gè)或均為ATP協(xié)議簽約國(guó)）國(guó)家領(lǐng)域之間越界運(yùn)輸易腐食物將視為違法行為。一旦違法，貨物將可能被扣留﹑遣回并且會(huì)承受大筆的罰款。
It is illegal to transport perishable foodstuffs across an international boundary between countries that are signatories to the agreement unless the vehicle has an ATP certificate. If you do this you could be stopped, turned back and even incur a substantial fine!
易腐物品列表：
ATP規(guī)定的易腐食品列表如下：
冰凍食品，黃油，獸肉，即食罐裝牛奶（經(jīng)過(guò)巴氏消毒或未經(jīng)過(guò)巴氏消毒的），工業(yè)用牛奶，乳制品（酸奶，開(kāi)菲乳，奶油干酪，清爽干酪），魚(yú)肉，貝類（煙熏，鹽腌，晾干或則活魚(yú)，活貝類除外），肉類產(chǎn)品（腌制的,煙熏的，晾干或則滅菌產(chǎn)品除外），家禽肉和兔肉等。
According to the ATP, the list of perishable goods is as follows:
frozen foods, butter, game, milk in tanks (unpasteurised or pasteurised) for immediate consumption, milk for industrial use, dairy products (yoghurts, kephir drinks, cream cheese and fromage frais), fish, shellfish (excluding smoked, salted, dried or live fish, live shellfish), meat-based products (excluding pickled, smoked, dried or sterilised products), poultry, and rabbits".
